Rental Options:
- Housekeeping cabins (the large cabins with a kitchen & bathroom) are rented only on a weekly basis (Saturday - Saturday) from May 24 to October 15. Sleeping only cabins are rented on a daily basis, except that there is a two day Friday & Saturday minimum and a three day holiday weekend minimum.
- We will endeavor to honor your original reservation in all cases. If your booking does not meet the minimum stay requirements for the cabin(s) of your choice, we reserve the right to move you to one or more alternative cabins or, in certain circumstances, to cancel your booking.
- 12.5% Hotel Occupancy tax added.
- $15 for an additional bed per night.
- One boat per cabin included in price.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- A credit card is required at the time of reservation. Minimum deposit or $50 per day for sleeping only cabins; and $100 per day for all other cabins. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.
- Make personal checks out to New Earth Real Estate.
- Deposit is refunded upon a 6-week notice in advance, prior to your scheduled arrival, less a $100 service charge per cabin booked. Less than 6 weeks notice of cancellation or changes in your reservation will result in the loss of your deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy. For groups of three or more cabins, deposit is refunded upon an 8-week notice in advance, prior to your scheduled arrival, less a $100 service charge per cabin booked. Less than 8 weeks notice of cancellation or changes in your reservation will result in the loss of your full deposit.
- Cancellations of less than 2 weeks are subject to full payment of said cancelled reservations and credit card will be charged accordingly.
- If Packer Lake Lodge is open for business and has not been subject to closure by the Forest Service or County, there will be no refunds.
Dog Policy:
- Dogs have a wonderful time at Packer Lake and we are pleased to share the area with them. In order to make all guests and dogs feel comfortable, the following rules must be observed. Failure to follow them may result in your dog being sent home during your stay or not being invited back the following year. Limit 2 dogs per cabin. Your must clean up after your dog at all times. Please let us know when you are making your reservation if you will be bringing a pet. $25 per pet, per day. Weekly rate $75 per dog. Guests are expected to follow guidelines provided by the lodge and will sign a pet policy form upon securing reservations. Your dog may not: 1. be aggressive to people ever. 2. be aggressive to dogs. 3. disturb others with noise, barking or intrusions. 4. damage or destroy Packer Lake property. Cabin interiors must be cleaned of dog hair & sliding glass doors washed. No sleeping on beds and couches. Bring a blanket to cover any areas the dog lays in. 5. roam freely. It must always be in sight, and on leash.
